Passcape Software has shipped Passcape ISO Burner 2.1 with a new option to format high capacity (>32GB) USB sticks to FAT32. Windows can’t do this, but the developer explains "the program now uses its own code to format some USB sticks". This isn’t a good choice for general PC use, but Passcape suggests that it may "eliminate certain UEFI compatibility problems", so if you’re having problems booting old PCs from a high capacity USB then it’s worth a look.
