Microsoft releases Windows 10 Build 20270 with fixes, changes, and improvements

Microsoft is experimenting with a new Feature Experience Pack which will make it easier to add great new features to Windows 10 in the future. It is still working on feature updates though, and today it rolls a new FE_RELEASE build to Insiders on the Dev Channel.
